Good to know
Plain and honest.
- Hello Again isn’t an emergency or monitoring service. It sends no automatic texts, calls or alerts.
- A missed check-in doesn’t mean something is wrong. The usual time is shown in the app, not sent as a reminder.
- If you’re worried about someone’s safety, call them, or 911 in an emergency.
For the whole family
Everyone who joins your family circle opens Hello Again with their own CASL member number. Membership is free for seniors, adult children, caregivers and families.
Invite them from inside the app with a private link. It lasts seven days.

What CASL Trusted means.
Hello Again is a partner app in CASL, the Chamber for the Advancement of Senior Living: a free network of trusted businesses for seniors and families in Toronto and the GTA. CASL runs it for members on CASL’s own server. Your check-ins are kept there and shown only to your family circle. CASL doesn’t sell what you add, and doesn’t share it with partner businesses.
CASL Trusted is CASL’s own mark.

Is Hello Again free?
Yes, for CASL members. CASL membership is free for seniors and families in Toronto and the GTA; enter your member number and Hello Again opens. For everyone else the price will be $129 a year, and it isn’t on sale yet.
Will it alert us if Mom doesn’t check in?
No. Hello Again sends no alerts, texts or calls, and a missed check-in doesn’t prove anything is wrong. It’s a daily hello, not a safety monitor.
Does everyone in the family need to be a CASL member?
Yes. Each person opens the app with their own CASL member number. Membership is free for seniors, adult children, caregivers and families. Then they join your family space with its private invite link, which lasts seven days.
Who can see our check-ins?
Only the people in your circle. It’s kept on CASL’s own server and shown only to your circle. CASL doesn’t sell it, and doesn’t share it with partner businesses.
Can I use it on my phone and my computer?
Yes. Open the app on one device, tap “Use on another device” in the CASL strip at the top, and open that link on the other device within 24 hours. It opens as you, with the same family circles.
Does Hello Again work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. There’s nothing to install.
