Free for seniors and families

Find help, close to home.

Tell us what you need and where. We’ll show you two businesses from the CASL network that do that work there. Call them yourself, or ask CASL to introduce you.

Our phone line does the same, day or night, through our automated assistant.

Find help

Two questions, then you’ll see who can help. Anyone can look; it’s free.

A city or neighbourhood. Leave it empty if anywhere is fine, or if it can be done by phone or online.

How Find help works

Every business here is a CASL partner

They’re local businesses that joined CASL to serve seniors and their families. Since September 2026, every new one goes through five public checks before it joins. How we vet partners.

They take turns

When more than two businesses fit, the ones shown least recently come up first, here and on our phone line, so every business gets a fair chance. CASL isn’t paid to show anyone.

Introductions, only when you say yes

You can call a business yourself, or ask CASL to introduce you. If you ask, we pass your name and how to reach you to the business you chose, and nothing else. No other business gets your details.

What we keep when you look

The kind of help and the place you typed, so we can see what people need and which businesses to invite next. Nothing that says who you are. Our privacy policy.

Questions

How does CASL choose which businesses to show me?
It shows businesses in the CASL network that do the kind of work you chose and list the place you typed. When more than two fit, they take turns: the ones shown least recently come up first, so every business gets a fair chance. CASL isn’t paid to show anyone.
Do I have to be a member to use Find help?
No. Anyone can look. Member offers are for CASL members, and membership is free for seniors and families.
What happens when I ask CASL to introduce me?
Your request goes to the CASL team. We pass your name and how to reach you to the business you chose, so they can get in touch with you, and we pass on nothing else. Only that business gets your details.
What if no business in the network does what I need?
Ask CASL to find someone. Tell us what you need, and if a business in the network can help, we’ll be in touch. It also tells us which kinds of business to invite next.
Is CASL responsible for the work a business does?
No. Every business in the network is independent and responsible for its own work, prices and advice. CASL makes introductions and doesn’t guarantee any service or result. Confirm the price and the details with the business before you agree to anything.
Can I do this by phone?
Yes. Call (450) 977-7729. Our automated assistant answers day or night and suggests businesses the same way.
