Gentle, careful home cleaning for seniors and families
B Advantage Facility Services cleans homes, offices and clinics across Markham and the GTA, and runs a home cleaning service made for seniors. They work at a calm, unhurried pace, use slip-resistant methods and keep water off the floors, never use ladders, and choose low-scent, low-toxic products, which they change for allergies or breathing problems.
A regular visit covers dusting, counters and the surfaces people touch most, safe floor cleaning and vacuuming, the kitchen and bathrooms, the garbage, and fresh sheets if you ask. They can add laundry and folding, light organizing and decluttering, a fridge clean-out and, after a chat first, small errands. Visits are weekly or every two weeks on a set day and time, with the same cleaner whenever possible, and you can stay home or step out.
They also do deep cleans, kitchen and bathroom sanitizing, move-in and move-out cleans, and estate clear-outs when a family is getting a home ready to sell. They bring their own supplies and equipment.
They come to homes in Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Newmarket, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Pickering and Ajax. Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
