About The Battaglia Team

Joe Battaglia is a real estate broker and leads the Battaglia Team at RE/MAX Realty Specialists. He has been helping people buy and sell across Mississauga and the GTA since 1995. It is a small team by design, and he stays involved in each transaction rather than handing it on.

A good part of that work is with homeowners who are downsizing. The difficult part is rarely the listing itself, it is the timing: selling one home and buying the next without being caught between the two. He plans that sequence with the family and gives plain advice on pricing, what to prepare, how to market it and how to negotiate.

When adult children are helping with a parent's move, he explains the options, answers the questions as they come up, and keeps everybody informed through to closing, so nobody in the family is finding things out second hand.
