Cedar Home Health Care is a home care agency with its office at 2100 Ellesmere Road in Scarborough, accredited by Accreditation Canada. Care can be arranged for a few hours a week, daily visits, overnight support or live-in care, and it is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A women led organization born from lived caregiving experience, they support people of all ages. Everyday care covers personal care and daily living, companionship, meal preparation and routine home support.
Nursing and clinical support includes registered nursing services and care coordination, foot care, post hospital and post surgical support, and physiotherapy, subject to a clinical assessment and availability, along with palliative and end of life support, mental health support and family managed care. They help families work through the care options and insurance coverage open to them, and welcome privately paying clients as well as WSIB, Blue Cross and Interim Federal Health Program clients.
Cedar Home Health Care serves families in Etobicoke and North York from its office at 2100 Ellesmere Road in Scarborough. Care comes to your home; the office is open Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, and care itself is available around the clock.
