About Courtice Home Health Care

Mobility aids and home health supplies for Durham Region

Courtice Home Health Care is a locally owned medical supply and mobility store that has served Durham Region for 15 years. They carry walkers, rollators, wheelchairs and lift chairs, bath and home safety equipment such as grab bars, compression garments and braces, and incontinence and daily living supplies.

If you need something for a short time, after surgery or a hospital stay, they rent equipment too, including hospital beds, wheelchairs and walkers. Most items are in the store the same day, and you can see and try equipment before you buy. Their team shows you how to use a walker or wheelchair safely, and compression and brace fittings are done in the store, with walk-ins welcome.

They are an authorized vendor of Ontario's Assistive Devices Program, so they can help with ADP applications and claims for eligible mobility aids. They bill Green Shield Canada directly and support claims through WSIB, Veterans Affairs Canada and ODSP.
