Excelsior Integrative Massage Therapy and Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic near Yonge and Eglinton in Midtown Toronto. The clinic provides registered massage therapy, osteopathy, athletic therapy, acupuncture and integrative treatment options tailored to each client's mobility, comfort and overall health goals. The approach is practical, collaborative and individualized: rather than applying the same treatment to everyone, practitioners adapt care to the client's health history, current abilities and personal preferences.

The clinic regularly serves older adults managing arthritis, persistent pain, reduced mobility, balance concerns, postural changes and recovery following illness, injury or surgery. Treatment is adapted to each person's comfort, tolerance and functional needs, including gentler positioning and pressure when appropriate. Eligible services may be reimbursed through extended health plans, depending on individual coverage.
