Care adapted to how you actually move.

Excelsior Integrative Massage Therapy and Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic near Yonge and Eglinton in Midtown Toronto. The clinic provides registered massage therapy, osteopathy, athletic therapy, acupuncture and integrative treatment options tailored to each client's mobility, comfort and overall health goals. The approach is practical, collaborative and individualized: rather than applying the same treatment to everyone, practitioners adapt care to the client's health history, current abilities and personal preferences.

The clinic regularly serves older adults managing arthritis, persistent pain, reduced mobility, balance concerns, postural changes and recovery following illness, injury or surgery. Treatment is adapted to each person's comfort, tolerance and functional needs, including gentler positioning and pressure when appropriate. Caregivers and families in transition are often managing significant physical and emotional demands, and the clinic aims to be a calm, respectful place where clients feel heard, supported and never rushed.

The registered massage therapists are licensed and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and carry professional liability insurance. The team also includes qualified Osteopathic Manual Practitioners, a Certified Athletic Therapist and a Registered Kinesiologist. Eligible services may be reimbursed through extended health plans, depending on individual coverage. Excelsior has received the Consumer Choice Award for Massage Therapy in Toronto Central for eight consecutive years, 2019 through 2026.
