Mehdi Law — Respectful, high quality service for CASL members.

Wills and estates litigation in Markham

Mehdi Law is a law firm in Markham that helps families with wills and estates matters, especially when something about a will or an estate is in dispute. It handles will challenges, capacity claims, removing an executor, the passing of an estate's accounts, the appointment of an estate trustee during litigation, and powers of attorney.

It can also advise on probate and on whether a court application is needed, and act for you when an application is challenged or when someone makes a claim against an estate.

The firm's own advice on powers of attorney: one for property can give the person you name full access to your finances, including your bank accounts and the right to buy or sell real estate, so get proper legal advice on its risks and benefits before you sign one.
