OddJob Handyman Services — Respectful, high quality service for CASL members.

Built on helping, not selling

OddJob Handyman Services has been doing home repairs, maintenance and small renovations out of Lakeshore Road in Mississauga for eighteen years. The work covers the jobs that are too small for a contractor and too awkward to do yourself: a grab bar in the bathroom, a railing that has worked loose, a door that no longer closes, the repairs that quietly pile up in a house somebody has lived in for forty years.

In their own words on their application, the company is built on helping rather than selling, and the aim is to be there when people need them. Asked about their experience with older clients, they answered that they help anyone in need regardless of age or place in life. There is no separate seniors division; there is a firm that turns up and does the job.

They carry ten million dollars in liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and have won Consumers Choice, HomeStars Best Of and Readers Choice awards. They cover Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Toronto, though not Scarborough.
