Pillar To Post Home Inspectors, York Region — Respectful, high quality service for CASL members.

Home inspections, maintenance inspections and contractor quote reviews across York Region

Pillar To Post Home Inspectors, York Region is an independently owned Pillar To Post office that has inspected homes across York Region for 13 years, for real estate professionals, home buyers and home sellers. In their own words, their responsibility is to communicate clearly, knowledgeably and transparently about the condition of a home: for buyers, an objective, thorough explanation of the property's observed condition, and for sellers, an impartial assessment that respects the home, its history and the people who have lived in it.

Beyond the inspection at a sale, the office says it offers maintenance inspections, from a targeted look at one building component or system to a whole home maintenance audit, for planning and budgeting repairs; market ready inspections before a home is listed, so owners know the current state of every building system and its remaining life, can choose whether to make repairs first, and avoid surprises during negotiations; and reviews of contractors' estimates and quotes, checking the defect, the scope of the work and the proposed cost, to give confidence before a significant repair or renovation.

In their own words, over 13 years they have worked with many seniors through big housing changes, from assessing a home before downsizing to evaluating a new home better suited to changing needs, and with homeowners facing maintenance and property concerns that affect their comfort, safety and quality of life. They aim to treat every client with patience, respect, compassion and professionalism. Inspections can be booked online through their site or by calling 647-559-7762.
