Solex Group Professional Home Inspection — Respectful, high quality service for CASL members.

An independent inspection before the big decision

Solex Group is an independent home inspection company, established in 1995 and run from an office in North York. They inspect houses and condo units for buyers, sellers and owners, as well as new homes and commercial buildings, and add thermography, mould and radon testing where it is needed.

In Ontario anyone can call themselves a home inspector, a point Solex makes on its own site. Clients describe the reports as detailed and thorough, with the most important items first. They also offer RecallChek, appliance recall notifications for life.

They have long worked with seniors, caregivers and families in transition: a parent selling the family house, buying a condo to downsize into, or simply wanting to know what needs attention in the home they live in. Members can expect respectful, high quality service, the standard every CASL partner signs up to.
