About Tar Team Real Estate

Downsizing and home sales across York Region

Tar Team Real Estate is a family run real estate team that has been rooted in Markham for decades and has built its reputation one relationship at a time. Many of the families it helps today first worked with the team a generation ago.

For many seniors, selling the family home is about far more than a transaction. It can mean sorting through a lifetime of memories, deciding what comes next, and coordinating with adult children who live across town or across the country. The team slows the process down where it matters and moves quickly where it helps, so nobody feels rushed into a decision they are not ready to make.

An in-house home enhancement consultant helps clients prepare a home for sale without having to manage trades and projects themselves, and the team relies on a network of trusted professionals for every part of preparing for and making the move. One of the team spent 20 years as a chiropractor, which brings a real understanding of the health and mobility changes that often prompt a move.
