Business partner application

Join a vetted network of senior focused businesses.

About five minutes. No fee, and CASL keeps no part of any member offer. Once approved, your business goes on the site with a page of its own and a dashboard that shows every member who joins and names you.

Application How we vet partners

Tell us about your business.

Fill in what applies. If a question does not fit how you work, leave it blank and say so in the description. We fill gaps from your own website rather than sending the form back.

Partners are encouraged, but not required, to provide a meaningful member only discount, added service, or complimentary consultation. CASL does not retain any portion of the offer.
Partner standards. By ticking the first box below you confirm each of these:
  • The information in this application is accurate and may be verified by CASL.
  • You will make a genuine effort to provide high quality, respectful, ethical, senior focused service.
  • You will respond to CASL referred inquiries professionally and without pressure.
  • You will promptly disclose complaints, regulatory issues, or licence or insurance changes affecting your suitability.
  • CASL may review, suspend, or remove a partner to protect seniors, families, or the network.
  • When you invite your own clients to CASL, you will use or adapt the CASL template and contact only people you are permitted to contact.
  • You will comply with applicable privacy and electronic communications laws, including consent and unsubscribe requirements.
  • Annual partner communications are sent through CASL, remain subject to member consent, and require CASL approval.
Introducing CASL to your own clients. After approval, your dashboard has a ready made invitation email, a text message version and a counter card with your own QR code. We ask partners to pass CASL on to around 25 of the families they already look after, at their own pace. It's not a hard rule. It's also one of the main reasons businesses join, because everyone you bring in stays credited to you.

No fee, ever. Submitting does not put anything on the site until we have reviewed it and written to you.

What happens after you submit

Review, then live, usually the same day.

Review. We read your application, look at your own website and run a few public checks, such as your licence where your work needs one, your reviews and the news. How we vet partners

Profile. Your business goes on the site with its own page, and you get a dashboard link. No password, the link is the key.

Members. When a member joins and names you, you see it. Members who come through you are never sent a competing offer from anyone else in the network.

Introductions. You pass CASL on to the families you already look after, around 25, at your own pace. It's optional, with no quota and no deadline, and everyone you bring in stays credited to you. How introductions work
